What He Shows Us

I firmly believe that God continuously speaks to us, and while it’s not always this loud voice we often imagine it will be (although, nothing is impossible with God), more often times He shows us. He shows us in our dreams, He shows us through our creativity, He shows us in His Word, He shows us through others etc. The point is that He SHOWS us! Now, whether we always see it, well, that’s something else.

Our walk with God is a life long journey, which means it is progressive. What my eyes and heart were open to see today may not be the same tomorrow, and isn’t that the point? To draw closer to Him everyday in which we can become a little more Christ-like, progressively. This journey isn’t always easy and it certainly does not come without process. However, I believe that the more we can be honest with ourselves and one another, the more room we give God to guide us, grow us and prune us into the people we are called to be.

Power of God’s Love

If Christ loved us when were lost and ungodly (Romans 5:8), how much more of his love is there that we have yet to encounter? His unfailing love becomes everlasting in Christ Jesus. His blood has set us free from our failures and brings us into the perfect righteousness of God (Romans 5:16).
If God loved me enough to keep me, guard me and begin His good work in me before I LOVED HIM, surely there is more of his everlasting love I have yet to experience. This is why the enemy wants to keep us blind, without vision in attempt to block us from receiving this truth. Don’t let the enemy convince you that God’s love ends at the forgiveness of your sins, there is much more.
His love is so profound that when He sent His only begotten son, He sent Him just for YOU! He gave His life on Calvary looking at me, looking at you, foreseeing the sins we would commit, our inequities, our shortcomings, sicknesses, losses, and sufferings we would face. From then, He saw you, He knew you, shedding His blood as the Ultimate sacrifice to conqueror evil and give us victory!
As we being to love God back, we transform. We operate and function from a difference space that we ever have before. There is great assignment on your life, there is more to do and more land to conquer. Don’t stay where you are. His grace is sufficient to carry you! Imagine what you can conquer now that you are a co-laborer with Christ! If the same Spirit that rose Christ from the dead, now dwells within you, just imagine how much more He can rise in you (Romans 8:11).
